Courtney : I am learning so much about the depth of God’s love. He is already showing me new and amazing things through this church plant. I do not feel worthy to be serving Him in this way – it is a constant reminder of our dependancy on His grace & mercy.
Aaron : I am so excited to be working with the community of Lyndhurst through Velocity Christian Church! It will be amazing to lead worship every week – it’s always such an overwhelming, amazing opportunity to lead others into the heart of the one true living God. I can’t wait to see what the future holds!
2008 has brought an exciting and scary change in our ministry together. In January we became “local missionaries” to Lyndhurst, a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. Aaron will be on staff for a new church plant called Velocity Christian Church, serving as the Pastor of Creative Arts. January through August is an opportunity to form the church, build upon connections in the community, begin small group Bible studies in homes across Cleveland, find a building to host services (probably a local school), etc.
Velocity will begin services in September of 2008 – how amazing!
